My Maid Ran Away!

   

" That day, I woke up early  in  the morning and went to the kitchen to make my morning tea. And started calling 🤙 my maid for  breakfast. It was a very busy day for me as I had an important meeting. I called my maid two to three time but she  didn't  respond to me. Angrily😡 , I went to her room to see her but found the room  empty. I got shocked 😲. I 🔎 found the note she wrote, 🗒📝 in her room. She wrote that ," I am going with my boyfriend  and do not try to find me." I rushed to  my children's 🧒 room  and checked if  both my children were there?  I was  happy to see them . I 🔎 searched  a little more and realized that she took 50000 rs 💵 in cash from the cupboard and ran away. Immediately, I called police station to report them. And , when the police asked me about her 🆔, I came to know that she had given me a fake 🆔.The Maid agency shrugged off  the matter and refused  to take responsibility for the breach of contract.  I will not be able to proceed due to lack of documents📄 ." 

As , I started this blog with a little drama, but don't worry it didn't happen to me but unfortunately, it happened to my friend. She called me to tell  me what happen to her and asked me for some legal advice to be careful next time. And , I decided to share this  incident with my readers. 

So, let's,  find out what security measures we needed to check-

 1. Always hire maids from registered Domestic labor agencies (must be registered under  sec.22 of Domestic Workers Act) 

2.Check the criminal record and police verification.

3.Last working references.

4. Hiring above 14 and 18 years with a reference of guardian.

 I would suggest that , whenever you hire a maid from any agency plz check out all these safety measures  and if anything happens call the police without any delay and ask for help, otherwise you may end up with unwanted things.
