Why is the Indian child custody law unfair to fathers?
Hello, Readers!
Greeting of the day!
Today’s topic is a bit different, as you see that the name of my topic is actually a question.
Lately, I published an article about child custody and this question was frequently asked by my readers.
So, I decided to do more research on this question and start asking experts and the common people for their opinion on this issue to show the real side I got further opinions and story lines. And I would like to share these opinions in this article, so that the question can be solved.
1.Adv.Shradha Jadhav (Civil and criminal lawyer at District court)-
2. Adv. Manisha Sasane (Civil and criminal lawyer at Junior and District court)
3. Mr. Krushna Pol (Business owner)-
4.Bhagyashree Devkate (Civil engineer)-
5. Adv. Prajakta more (Civil and criminal lawyer at Junior and District court)-
6.Ms. Lata Shinde (Housewife)-
After reading all the selected opinion, I am sure you will be confused. (smilingly)
Now, I have only one conclusion and that is “law is certain but the situation is different in each case”.
I request you to look at this image carefully, the Goddess of law (deity of law) holds weighting scale, and it is balanced on the bases of evidence.
So, the any decision of the hon’ble court is based on the evidence, not on the Favoritism. But after the court decision, it depends on the action of parties but the people disobey because of their internal conflict. That’s why, strict preventive measures are needed to stop it. So, neither the mother nor the father can prevent each other from meeting the child.
So, this is it!
Will meet soon in next Article, till then!
